Rules

1) Pupils shall be punctual. They must take seats in their classes immediately after the warning bell, When the ass second bell goes all pupils should assemble in front of the school in order and in silence. After the assembly they should go to their classes in perfect order.
2) Pupils have to talk English in the classroom and on the campus. They must use English for ordinary conversation.
3) During intervals and play time the pupils shall not go out of the school campus without permission. They should avoid shouting, quarrels and the use of disourteous language.
4) Coming late without a sound reason shall entail punishment. If a pupil remains absent from the school, he/she shall produce an explanatory note from the guardian on the day, he/she attends the class next, indicating the reason for his/her absence.
5) If the leave of absence is for more than three days, the guardian shall write to the Principal about it in advance. Absence on account of illness should be supported by a medical certificate. No leave of absence will be granted except for genuine reason, absence without leave is li able to punishment at the Principal's discretion.

6) It is advisable not to send a pupil suffering from infectious or contagious disease to school. A medical certificate showing that the pupil is free from infection should be produced when he rejoins the school after such illness.
7) School is not responsible for any valuable articles of pupils.
8) If for any reason a guardian desires that his child returns from the school before the scheduled time he shall send with him a note to that effect indicating the reason. In case a pupil desires to return home for a serious reason earlier than the closing time of the school, he/she shall apply in writing to the class teacher, and get the Principal's sanction.
9) Iregular attendance, unjustified or un explained absence for more than seven days, habitual illness, disobedience or objectionable influence justifies dismissal.
10) Students are strictly forbidden to write to scribble on walls, desks, etc. or to throw paper or spill ink around the classrooms or to cause damage to the school property in any other way. Damage done should be compensated at the discretion of the Principal. withdrawal
11) The Principal has the right to request the withdrawal of any pupil whose behaviour or progress, in his opinion, is unsatisfactory.
12) The school conducts two Semester examinations in the year.
Examination cannot be deferred nor can they be anticipated to suit individual convenience. No re-examination be conducted will be conducted in any subject. Absence from examinations will be allowed only on medical grounds and should be substantiated by a medical certificate immediately. Absence from the whole examination means a total loss of marks.
Answer papers shall not be shown. Parents and students should not contact the office regarding this matter. Fourty percent of the marks is required to pass each subject. Any malpractice detected during or subsequent to an examination is liable to punishment. Promotion of pupils will depend not only on the final report but also in the results of the examinations held during the year. Promotion once refused, will under no circumstances be re-considered and the Principal's decision shall be final.

13) If a student falls twice in the same class or repeats a class more than one year he/she should be withdrawn from the school with L.C.
14) No visitors will be permitted to see any student or teacher during class hours.
15) Students shall daily bring their hand book to school, those who do not bring it, shall be fined.
16) All pupils shall make themselves familiar with the rules and regulations that concern their conduct in the school. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse. Guardians are requested to ensure that the above rules are carefully observed by their wards.
17) Admission fee once paid is not refundable.
18) Pupils once admitted cannot be withdrawn without a month's notice or a month's fee in lieu of such a notice.
19) Leaving Certificate will not be issued unless all school dues are cleared and all books and articles belonging to the school are returned.
20) School fees should be paid in time late fees will be fined.
21) All the students shall come to the school in full uniform on all days including the examination days, unless otherwise instructed.
22) Uniform for the students shall be chocolate brown colour Pants for boys & half shirt made of biscuit cream & chocolate brown neck tie with biscuit cream strips for boys & girls. Skirt will be of bag proper checks. Shoes will be in black colour & socks in cream with brown strips. Belt will be embroied with C.E.M.S.
23) Boys:- Boys must have proper hair cut. Girls:- Girls must be braided their hair in three stand on both sides and compulsorily wear only knee length shorts.
24) The uniform must be kept clean and tidy. Torn clothes and shoes shall be mended. Shoes shall be polished. The school uniform may not be used in the house


25) Parents and guardians have to co-operate with the authorities of the school for enforcing regularity and discipline, and for promoting the intellectual and cultural development of the children. They should every day supervise and check their child's home-work. Parents should meet the teacher on the report day after the examination and discuss the progress of their children.
26) Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly or wilfully mischievous or is guilty of mal practices in connection with examinations or has committed an act of serious in discipline and/or misbehaviour or who, in the opinion of the Head of the school has an unwhole some influence on his fellow pupils, may be expelled permanently or removed from the school for a specified period by the Head of the school.
27) School Timing: For Primary section - 7:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. K.G. section 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students should present the minutes before the time.
28) Parents meet :- Visiting Parents are allowed to meet the teacher only on Saturdays. Time 11.30 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. Second Saturday will be holiday. * Std 1st to 4th - 3rd Saturday * Std 5th to 10th - 4th Saturday
29) No school business will be transacted on holidays. and at the residence of the office bearer or staff of school
